  2. 2Decide whether a piece of work information can go into an AI tool, using a three-second check, and give the reason.
  3. 3Rewrite a bare request so the AI asks for what it needs and knows what a good result looks like.
  4. 4Ask an AI which parts of its answer most need checking, then check one claim against its source before using it.
  5. 5Write a when–then plan that names one fix, its cue, and when you’ll first use it.

Is it really free?

No. Every exercise uses invented or public examples, and one of the first things it teaches is a three-second check for what’s safe to share.
