Questions about buying
How much does an AI training course cost?
It depends on the format, from free awareness videos to classroom days. The AI Stairway™ starts with a free 20-minute module. After that it’s £100 a module, £400 for a five-module series, or £500 for all ten, plus VAT if you can reclaim it, with lower per-learner prices for teams.
How do the bundles work?
A module on its own is £100. Take a whole series (five modules) and you pay for four: £400. Take the whole AI Stairway™ (all ten) and it’s £500 in total, just £100 more than one series. Bought one at a time, the ten would be £1,000.
What if it isn’t worth it?
If your first paid module isn’t worth it, tell us within 30 days and we’ll refund it. And the introductory module is free, so you can see how the course works before you pay anything.
If I buy modules one at a time, do they add up to a bundle?
No. Bundle prices apply when you buy the bundle in one go. The first time you come back for more, you’ll be offered the chance to complete a series or the whole set with what you’ve already paid counting towards it. That offer is made once; after that, modules are £100 each.
How do I pay?
By invoice, as you would any supplier. Send an enquiry and your account is set up straight away, so you can start the free module. We’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm and invoice, and your modules unlock as soon as it’s agreed.
I can’t reclaim VAT. Do I pay more?
No. If you’re buying as an individual, or for an organisation that isn’t VAT-registered, tick the box on the enquiry form. We still have to charge VAT, so we discount the price to cover it: a £100 module comes to £100 in total, VAT included.
Is there a team price?
Yes. Prices are per learner, and the bigger the team, the lower the price: the whole AI Stairway™ drops to £300 a learner for 50 or more. We set your people up and you can see their progress.
How long do I keep access?
For as long as we offer the course, and at least 12 months from when a module unlocks, with the updates included: the content is reviewed every six months. If we ever stop offering it, we’ll give you three months’ notice.
Can we run it in our own learning platform?
Yes. Every module is available as a SCORM 1.2 package (SCORM 2004 on request) for your own LMS, under a licence. Ask about it on the enquiry form.
