An AI agents course for people who brief them, not build them
What you’ll be able to do by the end:
- 1Write a delegation brief for an agent, including what it must flag straight away.
- 2Choose a starting trust level for a new agent task, and say what it must show before it moves up.
- 3Judge a confident but incomplete agent result, and say what the system was missing.
- 4Sort a process’s rules into prompt, skill, permission or code, and justify each.
- 5Say where a rule like “never more than ten per cent off” should be enforced, and why.
The moment it clicks
“The outcome stays with a person; some rules must live in code.”
The rule you’ll keep
A prompt can ask. Code can make sure.
General training, not advice. Follow your organisation’s policies, and get specialist advice before connecting AI to live systems or letting it act for you. What the course is, and isn’t.
