What you’ll be able to do by the end:
- 1Check an idea against the four tests of a promising first opportunity.
- 2Design a 90-day test with a baseline, cost per finished task, evidence and a stop rule.
- 3Judge which of three pilot results to scale, change or stop, and say why.
- 4Name what a workflow needs in place first (permission, data access, governance and an owner), and which are missing.
- 5Produce a workflow plan that meets the five-criterion rubric.
