AI fatigue
Also called AI overload.
AI fatigue is the tiredness people feel from the amount of AI at work: new tools every month, constant announcements, output to check, and approval prompts clicked over and over. It describes a common experience, not a medical condition or a diagnosis, and it’s worth treating as a signal about workload and set-up, not a personal failing.
Think of it as
Too many tabs open, in your head as well as your browser.
Why it matters at work
Tired people click “Continue” without reading, which is where checks stop working. Module 5 suggests running only as many AI jobs at once as you can check; if tiredness is affecting your health, talk to your manager or GP.
